- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Rice: Brimming with skin-brightening enzymes and antioxidants, rice water nourishes the skin and slows down aging.

Powdered Milk: Improves skin appearance, deeply cleanses, and hydrates dry skin.

Steps:
- Prepare the Rice Mixture:
- Boil 2 ml of water and add 2 tablespoons of rice.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let it cool, then blend until smooth.
